Our Bolo do Caco  is handmade the traditional way, using simple ingredients and plenty of love. Lightly Toasted on a stone (or pan) until golden, it's soft inside with a gentle crisp outside - perfect with garlic butter, steak sandwiches , soups , or to soak up your favourite Carago Piri-Piri Sauce .

I was born in the Douro Valley in northern Portugal, but I grew up in Madeira, where Bolo do Caco is part of everyday life - from family meals to street stalls by the sea. Bringing it here to the UK feels like sharing a little piece of my second home with every bite.

Made fresh in small batches - no preservatives or artificial colours - suitable for freezing . Best served warm with garlic butter,

Piri-Piri chicken , steak or fish .
